I placed 1 deposit before. How many reward tiers can I pledge?
One deposit = one discounted reward. If you purchased 1 deposit, you can pledge 1 reward tier and redeem 1 VIP benefit.
I purchased multiple deposits, but Kickstarter only allows 1 reward tier. What should I do?
Please check your depositor email — you’ll find 6 secret links. Copy the link into a browser, log in to Kickstarter, and you’ll see the secret perk. According to KS rules, you can only select one reward tier. If you need a second exoskeleton, please add it in the Add-ons section. Don’t worry — after the campaign ends, we’ll manually verify and refund the difference($50 discount + $20 deposit). Multiple deposits will be refunded accordingly.
What's the discount difference refund rule for depositors?
Each deposit gives you $500 OFF + a free gift. The standard Kickstarter discount is $450 OFF, so we’ll refund the $50 difference (plus your $20 deposit) after the campaign ends. Multiple deposits will be refunded accordingly.
- Refunds will be processed when we collect your shipping info — at the same time we’ll ask you to provide your deposit proof (order number or order screenshot).
- Each deposit corresponds to one benefit and one refund eligibility. Refunds will be completed within one month after deposit proof is verified.
- If depositors did not use the secret link and purchased via the public link instead, we will refund the discount difference ($50) and the deposit amount ($20).
I didn’t see where to choose the depositor-only gift. How do I make sure I can enjoy the VIP benefits?
We’ve checked—links are active. Please copy it into your browser and log in to Kickstarter. Before you see the Ascentiz campaign page, Kickstarter will ask you to log in — make sure to use the same email as your deposit order. Then you’ll see the secret perk. Once you’ve logged in with one link, you can simply copy and open the remaining links — all secret perks will show up without logging in again.

The private link doesn’t work!
After the campaign ends, we’ll send out a post-campaign survey, where you can confirm your shipping address, product options, and color. You’ll also see that your free VIP gift is already added to your order.
I bought a deposit bedore but didn’t use the secret link this time. What should I do?
No worries at all. All depositors will receive their benefits. After the campaign ends, we’ll verify your order and refund the difference.
I bought 2 deposits but the Combo (1 Exo-Belt + 1 Hip + 1 Knee) already meets my needs. What about my extra deposit?
Since you placed two $20 deposits, you’ll receive 2 free gifts. If the Combo covers your needs:
- Option 1: Request a $20 refund for the extra deposit now.
- Option 2: Keep the deposit and exchange it for a $139 battery. You’ll receive the Combo + 2 free gifts at the end.
If you prefer (for example) 1 Hip Module with belt + 1 Knee Module with belt instead, note KS only allows one pledge per backer. Please choose one reward tier, add the second exoskeleton in Add-ons, and after the campaign ends, we’ll refund the difference.
What is the payment currency?
Please note that the price listed is in HKD, which will be the payment currency at Kickstarter checkout. The final payment amount will be converted according to the real-time exchange rate of the payment card.
How to buy add-ons?
After selecting your rewards, you can choose your desired add-ons and quantities on the next checkout page.
How can I change my pledge amount or reward selection?
Customers can adjust pledge amounts or switch to a different reward tier by visiting the project page. Additionally, you'll have the option to add any add-on rewards or give a little extra with bonus support.

Can I pledge to project more than once?
According to Kickstarter’s policy, each backer can only pledge to a project once. This means you may select one reward tier per pledge, and then customize your order with add-ons. Add-ons include both Exoskeleton and accessories, so you can purchase multiple units or extra items within a single pledge.

When is my card charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after the project ends.
Can I pledge with PayPal/Debit card?
Kickstarter does not currently support PayPal as a payment or account setup method. To pledge towards a project on Kickstarter, you will need to use a valid debit or credit card.
To pledge to a project you can use a debit or credit card associated with Visa, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, UnionPay, or American Express. At this time, Discover, UnionPay, and JCB cards are only accepted for US-based projects. Kickstarter does not currently accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards.

Why is there an alert on the campaign page saying "Reward is not guaranteed"?
As part of the platform's regulations, Kickstarter reminds backers of the risk of non-delivery by default, on all campaign pages. We're currently in the process of mass production and are excited to share that we will begin shipping in December 2025. Please be assured that you will receive your Ascentiz Modular Exoskeleton. We have also listed certain risks and precautions under Kickstarter. We produce Ascentiz responsibly and we are very serious about maintaining the standards of our products and services. We will remain transparent with our backers and update production and logistics information regularly. Thank you for your support.
