Ascentiz Limited Warranty

To ensure efficient warranty support, please retain your original purchase receipt, invoice, and related documentation for your Ascentiz product as proof of purchase. Valid proof must be issued by Ascentiz or an authorized distributor.

All warranty claims must be submitted through our official support page. Return requests require prior approval from customer support and must be shipped to our designated address. Unauthorized returns may be lost, and the sender assumes liability.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will be processed only after the original product is received and inspected at our designated warehouse.

This policy does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable local laws.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies solely to Ascentiz products purchased through official or authorized channels for personal use. We warrant the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Period

Ascentiz products are covered by a limited warranty of 0 to 12 months, effective from the delivery date and subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if your product malfunctions under normal use, Ascentiz will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using original or equivalent parts at no cost.
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal functionality.
  • Replace specified components (e.g., power adapter, battery, motor) as required.

If repair is not feasible and core functionality is impaired, Ascentiz may opt to provide a refund. The refund value will be adjusted for depreciation based on product usage.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, the product must have been purchased through an Ascentiz official or authorized sales channel with valid proof of purchase.

Coverage applies in most regions (including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific) and is governed by local regulations. The reported malfunction must be verified by Ascentiz as a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover, and service may be denied for, the following:

  • Non-Quality Issues: Problems unrelated to manufacturing defects.
  • Invalid Proof of Purchase: Claims without valid original proof of purchase from an official or authorized channel.
  • Refunded or Expired Items: Products that have already been refunded or are outside the warranty period.
  • Misuse or Unauthorized Actions: Damage from accidents, neglect, improper use, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or use with non-original accessories/parts.
  • External Causes: Defects or damage resulting from power surges, software issues, viruses, natural disasters, exposure to extreme conditions (heat, liquids), or third-party actions.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal degradation, including reduced battery capacity, cosmetic scratches, or worn components.
  • Commercial Use: Products used for non-personal, commercial, or industrial purposes.
  • Altered or Unauthorized Products: Items with altered/removed serial numbers or not supplied by Ascentiz.
  • Software Issues: Software-related malfunctions (separate support is available).
  • Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen products.
  • Consequential Damages: Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., data loss, business interruption, lost profits).
  • Excluded Costs: Labor or shipping charges associated with non-warranty service.

Warranty Voidance

The warranty will be voided by any of the following actions:

  • Unauthorized modification of hardware or firmware.
  • Abuse, misuse, or improper storage of the product.
  • Use of the product for illegal purposes.
  • Service performed by any party other than Ascentiz or an authorized distributor.
  • Use of unsupported, unapproved, or improper materials (e.g., filament).
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product requires service, please follow this procedure:

  1. Contact Support: Initiate a request via our official website (https://ascentizexo.com) or email (service@ascentizexo.com). Provide the device serial number, original proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Preliminary Troubleshooting: Our support team will guide you through basic diagnostic steps. If the issue persists, you will be asked to complete an online warranty request form.
  3. Service Fulfillment:
    • For accessory replacements, Ascentiz will ship the new part directly to you.
    • For product repairs or full-unit replacements, you must ship the item to our designated service center.
  4. Processing & Return:Repairs or replacements are typically completed within 30 business days after receipt. The serviced product will be returned to you via a trackable shipping method.
  5. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the initial shipping cost to our service center. If the claim is validated under warranty, this cost will be reimbursed, and Ascentiz will cover the return shipping. For non-warranty cases, all shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Replacement Service

Ascentiz will provide a replacement within 30 calendar days of your original receipt date under the following circumstances:

  • The product sustains substantial shipping damage (with carrier-issued proof).
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product experiences critical failure or manufacturing defects.
  • A received replacement product has manufacturing-related functional problems.

*Important Notes*:

  • The replacement warranty period is equal to the remaining term of the original product's warranty.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging. Improper packaging may void eligibility and result in charges.
  • The 30-day period for a replacement product begins upon your receipt of that item.

Repair Service

Ascentiz will first attempt to resolve issues through remote support. If unsuccessful, the product may need to be returned for inspection.

If a warranty-covered defect is confirmed, Ascentiz will provide a no-charge repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the policy. If the issue is not covered, you may choose to proceed with a paid repair after approving a provided quotation. No repair will be performed without your consent. Should you decline the quotation, the product will be returned to you, and return shipping may be at your expense.

All replaced products or components become the property of Ascentiz.

Repair Service Exclusions & Limitations

Ascentiz may deny repair service, including under warranty, in the following circumstances:

  1. Absence of valid, unaltered proof of purchase.
  2. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or improper operation/installation (including liquid or foreign object ingress).
  3. No defect found after comprehensive testing by Ascentiz or an authorized service center.
  4. Tampering with product labels, serial numbers, or damage indicators.
  5. Damage caused by external forces such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents.
  6. Use with unapproved third-party components causing reliability or compatibility issues.
  7. Any other situation where Ascentiz reasonably determines the claim to be invalid.

Note on Parts: Products or components submitted for service may be replaced with refurbished items of equivalent function and quality, which carry new serial numbers.

Shipping and Costs

For warranty-covered service, including approved replacements, Ascentiz will cover the associated shipping costs using provided labels, which may be limited to one-way shipping in certain regions. Customers are responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect shipping information.

All costs for non-warranty repairs, including parts, labor, and shipping, are the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASCENTIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR ANY ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF ASCENTIZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
