What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty applies exclusively to Ascentiz products purchased directly through Ascentiz's official sales channels or authorized retailers, for personal use only. We warrant that each product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Period
Ascentiz products are covered by a limited warranty ranging from zero (0) to twelve (12) months—subject to local laws and regulations—starting from the date you receive your product.

Warranty Services
If during the Warranty Period your product malfunctions under normal use, Ascentiz will, at its option:
- Repair it with original or equivalent parts at no charge.
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit with equal functionality, if repair isn't possible.
- Replace key components (e.g., power adapter, accessories, battery, motor) as needed.
- In certain cases - such as when the product is beyond repair and its essential functions are impacted - Ascentiz may choose to issue a return and refund. In such cases, the value of any used parts will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty Eligibility:
- Product must be purchased through Ascentiz's official sales channels or authorized dealers, with proof of purchase.
- The malfunction must be confirmed as a manufacturing defect by Ascentiz.
- Warranty is available in most regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) and subject to local regulations.
What's Not Covered by This Warranty
The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty, and Ascentiz reserves the right to refuse service in these cases:
- Damage caused by mishandling, such as drops, spills, fire, excessive use, or improper treatment.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or hardware modifications, or the use of non-original accessories.
- Natural wear and tear, such as battery depletion, scratches on the casing, or worn buttons over time.
- Complications from external causes, such as power surges, viral attack, faulty software, environmental disasters (like floods or earthquakes), or third-party interventions.
- Use beyond personal or home context, such as commercial or industrial use, or misuse.
- Products with altered or missing serial numbers, or those not originally provided by Ascentiz.
- Software-related issues, such as operating system crashes or app compatibility; while software support is offered, it is not covered by the hardware warranty.
Indirect or consequential losses—including loss of data, business interruption, lost profit, or any third-party claims—are not covered by the Ascentiz's Limited Warranty, and Ascentiz accepts no liability for them.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If the product isn't working as it should:
- Customer contacts customer service through the official website (https://ascentizexo.com) or email (service@ascentizexo.com), providing your device serial number, original proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Ascentiz will guide the customer through remote troubleshooting steps such as resetting the device or checking connections.
- If the malfunction still remains, the customer must fill out the online warranty request form, and:
- Ascentiz will ship the replacement accessories directly to the address specified by the customer, if a accessory replacement is required;
- The customer must ship the product to the designated service center, if a repair or replacement of the entire product is necessary.
- The service center processes repairs or replacements and keeps the customer updated on the status.
- Typical turnaround for repairs or replacements is 14–30 working days after the product is received, depending on stock and location.
- The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to the customer using a trackable shipping method.
- Shipping costs:
- Customers are initially responsible for shipping products back to Ascentiz. If the product is confirmed to meet warranty conditions, Ascentiz will refund the outgoing shipping cost.
- For warranty claims that meet Ascentiz's warranty conditions, Ascentiz will cover the shipping cost to return the product to the customer. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
Shipping and Costs
For eligible warranty claims within the warranty period, Ascentiz covers the repair shipping costs. In some regions, coverage may extend to only one-way shipping.
For non-warranty repairs, customers are responsible for all repair and shipping expenses.

This warranty policy complies with consumer protection laws in the region where the product was sold. If there is any conflict with mandatory local legal provisions, the applicable local laws will take precedence.
