Case 1: Purchasing at the lowest-price period on Kickstarter
Make sure the email used for your deposit matches your Kickstarter email. If they differ, contact us at service@ascentizexo.com. If they match, your Surprise Gift will be shipped with your Ascentiz Modular Exoskeleton after receiving the shipping notice via PledgeBox. A confirmation email will be sent before shipping.
Case 2: If you miss the lowest-price period
Pledge without a reward and donate the amount equal to your desired tier. After the campaign ends, provide both your deposit email and Kickstarter email to verify and redeem your benefit.
