Fit the Exoskeleton and Backpack as One System

Fit determines whether the motors stay aligned with your hips as the terrain changes. Start with the Ascentiz Size Guide. The current H-Series fit range covers:

  • height: 155–200 cm;
  • waist: 65–145 cm;
  • thigh: 40–80 cm.

Center the Exo-Belt over the hips and align the thigh straps with the legs. Then add the pack in the form you will actually carry it: loaded, with the hip belt adjusted and the shoulder straps set.

The backpack hip belt, H-Series battery and motor modules all meet around the waist. Check where they overlap and whether the pack changes the position of the Exo-Belt. If the battery and pack compete for the same space, the Exo-Belt can be worn in reverse to move the battery position away from the pack. Readjust both systems until the belt remains centered and your hips can move freely.

A short walk with the loaded pack is a useful final fit check before a longer route. Include flat ground, a few steps and a small incline so you can confirm alignment both while moving and while standing.
